About me

My passion is for holistic health and art and I have over 15 years experience of working with women and raising awareness of the benefits of personal development.

My work and the processes that I embrace are heavily influenced by the rituals and practices of Indigenous cultures and the connection of healing using storytelling and nature which I incorporate into my artwork, online courses, workshops and women circles.  You can see more of my artwork and purchase from here.

I also work 1-2-1 with clients in London and the UK and virtually with women around the globe.  My international travel has included a wellness retreat in St Lucia.

Writing is very important to me and my articles can be found in various health magazines including Zest, Here’s Health, Healthy (Holland and Barret’s monthly magazine).  I have published two books:  9 Steps to Creative Healing and the Creative Healing Playbook which are both available on Amazon and Lulu.com.

I am available to speak on the following topics:

How did I get here?

I originally trained in Fashion and Art, however after a few years working for a couple of major fashion labels I became disillusioned with the cut throat industry and at 21 I found myself in an office working as an administrative assistant.  My creativity stopped and Panic attacks and Anxiety started. The reason behind these attacks were due to giving up my 'creative life’.

The anxiety and panic attacks (which were not so commonly known in those days) also led me to research health, spirituality and the mind.  I was eventually able to get through the anxiety and started enjoying my twenties but I was still left with a feeling of emptiness masked by a jovial personality and covered over by material successes.

My search for self-worth took me to every Personal development book and workshop you could mention and as I moved into the Holistic healing field I was able to find my Klan of Healers and Creatives that helped me see the Swan masquerading as an Ugly duckling, I finally started to feel alive, I was 33.

The journey of helping others (and myself) really began after walking out of a dead end job *with mortgage to pay) and landing on my feet with a paid Lecturer job teaching Holistic and beauty therapy.  I was also working with my own personal clients at Bliss Creative Health clinic West London and life became magical.

For the next ten years I taught everything from Massage, Beauty, Coaching, Interpersonal skills and ran groups for women.  I had come home ( well nearly), I studied more subjects including Mantak Chia's Universal Tao system here in the UK, Queen Afua's book Sacred Woman to name a few systems.

Art called me Home

Around 2006 I started to paint again after a long overdue calling this was influenced by the Goddesses and the Taoist Jade Circle.  Art called me home and I started to reincorporate this into my work.  Art is my life line and my prayer and alter of life.  Art is the tool that I use to create a bridge or messages between Spirit and Matter and it is through this I feel connected to myself and the world.
